We have investigators and inspectors, who are N.Y. State Certified to the State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, who can assist you whether you are buying or selling real estate, or need to determine if violations exist for liability reasons.
Our experts are trained and certified by the State of New York and have over 20 years in the Fire Fighting and Fire Marshal services in the City of New York. They can provide Cause and Origin investigations and follow up investigations on fraud and liability. Independent Laboratory analysis, expert testimony. Educational seminars are also available.
We can also review local code and zoning laws that may affect a property. We do not dispense legal advise, nor suggest how a condition may be corrected.
